ordering online

1. Adding items to your shopping basket

To purchase a product, you must first place it in your shopping basket. You can do this wherever you see the Add to Basket button. Adding an item to your basket will not commit you to buying it - you can remove it any time before placing your order.

2. Shopping basket

You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time during your visit by clicking on the Basket button at the top right of the page. Whilst viewing your basket you will have the opportunity to change or confirm its contents or return to the shop.

3. Placing your order

Once you are happy with the contents of Your Basket, you can proceed to submit your order by clicking on the Place Your Order button. Enter your contact and delivery details and press Place Your Order button. You will then be taken to our secure online payment area.

4. Payment methods

Payments can be made using most credit/debit cards.

delivery

The cost of delivery for your order is given in Your Basket. We aim to process your order within 48 hours but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your goods or request a refund within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you.

Claims for breakages must be made by phone on 01865 552 626 or by email to info@thetowngarden.com. Claims must be made within 2 days of receipt.
